Pat certainly exceeded our RE expectations. Always professional and deliberately on time. All our house visits were planned ahead, accurately and efficiently. She never left a question or request unanswered. In a very few occasions that she was not available, she had already assigned her assistants to be available and help us with any requests that we had. We ended up making an offer on our future home on the day before Christmas while Pat was on her scheduled out of state holiday vacation, but even that, didn’t stop her from making herself immediately available and taking care of all the necessary calls and paper works remotely. Her local RE connections and negotiation skills, even in the current hot sellers market, saved us more than a few thousands of dollars and lastly I was impressed with Pat’s knowledgeable work during the house inspection phase.
